Discover (or rediscover) what you truly want in both work and life so that you can lead with meaningful action! By looking inward, you become self-aware of what fulfills you, your natural talents and gifts as well as your blind spots.  You can start to see where you create patterns that serve you as well as ones that hinder you as you take that next step.

Values (Purpose & Passion)

Identify what really matters to you and what you want.  In this step, the invitation to shed values and truths that do not fit you (idealization, someone’s expectations, false truths…).  In this vulnerable and naked step, you will know yourself better and what you really (really) need to feel like you.  In taking this brave step (with safety), you can start the important journey of leading and living on purpose!

 

Gifts & Opportunities (Self-Awareness)

With the support of a couple of self-assessments, you will become aware of your preferences, strengths, motivations, triggers, and blind spots. In creating awareness of the ways you get your needs met, you protect yourself, you put yourself out there, etc… you can take ownership of where you are at this moment.  Self-awareness is a great mirror to see what you already know about yourself and to see things you have not seen before.

Plan of Action for Growth & Development (Next Steps!)

Armed with your values and increased self-awareness, we will develop goals, practices, and strategies for you to align (or re-align) your values and behaviors or tendencies to create your customized plan of action for growth and development. Additionally, we will consider the motivation, accountability, and commitment levels required for you to see the changes you want to see.
