The Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) can evolve you and your team's relationship intelligence by better understanding what motivates you and what motivates others in the workplace. By increasing understanding, it allows for more effective communication about people, processes, and performance. In addition to our motives, the SDI bridges various strengths and why we use them, and why we don't use them as well as why others do the same. The powerful combination of motives and strengths allows us to increase our relationship intelligence, thus furthering the mission and vision.
In working with individuals, groups, and teams, the following starts to emerge:
