Typically, an assessment is paired with training or coaching. This is so that you can go deeper than just creating self-awareness.

However, awareness is the first most important step in learning and growing. When we see something about ourselves that we have not seen before, we can start the process of owning it and accepting where we currently are. This is often the catalyst for change.

With these assessments, we can start with the self-awareness process and then use training and/or coaching to gain knowledge, ideas, tools, processes, and other strategies to make the changes you want to see in yourself (or your team) which takes consistency, time, commitment and energy.
