Typically, an assessment is paired with training or coaching. This is so that you can go deeper than just creating self-awareness.
However, awareness is the first most important step in learning and growing. When we see something about ourselves that we have not seen before, we can start the process of owning it and accepting where we currently are. This is often the catalyst for change.
With these assessments, we can start with the self-awareness process and then use training and/or coaching to gain knowledge, ideas, tools, processes, and other strategies to make the changes you want to see in yourself (or your team) which takes consistency, time, commitment and energy.
“To be aware of a single shortcoming in oneself is more useful than to be aware of a thousand in someone else.”
~ Dalai Lama
What leaders are saying...
Kristen is one of the best listeners I have ever encountered, and it’s clear that she very much cares about my struggles. While I was working through “what do I want to do with my life” I felt like I had Mickey from the Rocky movies in my corner, giving me the confidence necessary to demolish any hurdle that came my way.

When Kristen coached me, I was in a phase of my life where my children were getting older and I felt uncertain as to the career path I wanted to follow. She did some serious digging with me and really helped me uncover where my values and passions lie.
Kristen asked me questions that I never even considered and shined a light on areas that were raw and real. She is very professional and has a friendly demeanor. During all our coaching sessions I felt very relaxed and at ease.
